About Us

The Biotechnology Research Group at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Tarbiat Modares University, was established in 1990 and has been a leading academic research group in biotechnology for over three decades.

The group's research encompasses biotechnology, nanobiotechnology, bioprocess engineering, recombinant proteins, metabolic engineering, tissue engineering, and advanced drug delivery systems.

Developed by our research group, Albumin NanoDB provides a comprehensive, reliable, and standardized database of albumin-based nanocarriers, supporting research in nanomedicine, pharmaceutical sciences, and data-driven drug delivery.
